Our office cleaning programs commonly entail
the following services, but are always designed around your particular janitorial needs.
Exam Rooms
1. Empty all waste paper baskets and other rubbish containers. Bags of trash shall be placed in designated area.
2. Hand dust all office furniture to include: desks, chairs, file cabinets, tables, picture frames.
3. Polish all wood/plastic laminate/glass topped pieces. Appropriate polishes shall be used on all said surfaces.
4. Dust all windowsills, molding, ledges, and partition tops throughout.
5. Vacuum all carpeting throughout. Special attention to all corners and hard to reach areas.
6. Sweep all medical room flooring throughout - Damp mop to follow using a disinfectant cleaning agent.
7. Spot clean glass entrance doors throughout.
8. Wipe exterior windows of any fingerprints and smudges.
Kitchen Area
1. Wash and scour sinks and countertops.
2. Spot clean exterior of cabinets.
3. Clean exterior of appliances
4. Clean microwave daily.
5. Sweep all resilient tile flooring. Damp mop any spillage from previous business day.
6. Wash and sanitize all dishes in sink.
7. Replenish paper towels and restock as needed.
Lavatories
1. Wash and disinfect all bowls, seats, basins and urinals using germicidal disinfectant.
2. Wash all tiled flooring throughout.
3. Polish all mirrors and chrome-bright work to include, faucets/flushers.
4. Replenish all toilet tissue, paper towels and other paper goods as required.
5. Replenish all hand soap dispensers as needed.
Upon completion of all work, all lights are to be extinguished, all doors properly secured and elevators are to be locked. |
