the following services, but are always designed around your particular janitorial needs:

Offices / Cubicles
1. Empty all waste paper baskets and rubbish containers and placed designated area.
2. Hand dust all office furniture to include: desks, chairs, file cabinets, tables, etc.
3. Polish all wood/plastic laminate/glass topped pieces with appropriate.
4. Dust all windowsills, molding, ledges, and partition tops throughout.
5. Vacuum all carpeting. Special attention to all corners and hard to reach areas.
6. Sweep all resilient/vinyl inlays flooring throughout.
6. Damp mop any spillage that may develop during the previous business day
8. Spot clean glass entrance doors throughout.

Kitchen
1. Wash and scour sinks and countertops
2. Spot clean exterior of cabinets
3. Clean exterior of appliances
4. Clean microwave daily
5. Sweep all resilient tile flooring. Damp mop any spillage from previous business day
6. Wash and sanitize all dishes in sink
7. Replenish paper towels and restock as needed

Lavatories
1. Wash and disinfect all bowls, seats, basins and urinals using germicidal disinfectant.
2. Wash all tiled flooring throughout.
3. Polish all mirrors and chrome-bright work to include, faucets/flushers
4. Replenish all toilet tissue, paper towels and other paper goods as required
5. Replenish all hand soap dispensers as need be

Upon completion of all work, all lights are to be extinguished, all doors properly secured and elevators are to be locked
